Our Commitment

• The Venue is booked for your exclusive use and theretore tull payment is required it you cancel / postpone / transfer your function.

• Any additional items requested on the day will require

CASH payment.

• Additional guest (Adults / Children) must be paid for in
  CASH on the day of you function.

• Any additional electrical items needs to be approved, prior to your function.

• Kindly notify us prior to your function whether additional entertainment will be booked for the day. (Face painters, food stalls, DJ etc.

• Alcohol is allowed in limited quantities.

• NO LOUD music is allowed.

• The client is responsible for their guests and to ensure that they stay in the allocated area. (Venue)

• No bad behavior or damage to our property will be tolerated! Damages will be for the client's account.

• No drinking in the parking area will be allowed!

• WE RESERVE THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION AT ALL TIMES.

• NO debit or credit card facilities are available onsite.
  Unfortunately, we do not have a generator.
